Create rewards specific to your family.
Summer Boost helps kids stay active and learning over the summer — earning points for workouts, reading, math practice and sport training, then spending them on rewards your family chooses together. It's built to be genuinely easy for parents to run, not something you have to figure out alone.
How do my kids earn points?
Reading (1 pt/page), workouts, math quizzes (10 pts/question), and sport-training sessions all earn points. The dashboard shows progress toward the next reward.
How do I switch between my children?
Tap the name dropdown at the top of the screen, or pick a child in the menu. Everything — points, plans, rewards — switches to that child.
How does a child redeem a reward?
They tap Request on the Rewards screen. The points are held but not spent until you approve it in the Parent Hub's Approval Queue — so nothing is redeemed without you.
What are streaks and streak freezes?
Logging any activity in a day keeps a streak going. Each child gets 2 "freezes" a month that automatically protect the streak on a missed day — so a vacation won't erase weeks of progress.
What's the difference between Off-Season and In-Season?
Off-Season is the full 10-week progressive training program that builds fitness. In-Season is a lighter, twice-a-week maintenance plan for when games and practices are happening — the goal is staying fresh, not adding fatigue. Switch anytime with the Training Mode buttons at the top of the training screen.
What happens at the end of the 10 weeks?
The athlete gets a completion celebration and bonus points, then can restart the cycle fresh or switch to In-Season mode.
Do plans adjust for older kids?
Yes — high schoolers (grades 9–12) automatically get higher training volume and extra guidance than middle schoolers, for the same sport.
Why should I sign in with Google?
Signing in syncs your family across all your devices and backs up your data to the cloud. You can also use the app on a single device without signing in.
Is my family's data private?
Yes. When signed in, only your account can read or write your family's information — it's never shared with other families.
